You can take Duphalac Solution with or without food, but it is recommended to take it at the same time each day for consistency. Precautions to consider: Duphalac Solution is generally considered safe for use during pregnancy, lactation, and in individuals with liver and kidney conditions. Dehydration is a common side effect, so it's important to stay adequately hydrated while using this medication.
